Prepare to glow instantly!! Earlier this month I went to get a Diamond Glow Facial at Reset. My face felt so dry and chalky! Dana made me feel so comfortable and asked me about the current products I used and took a closer look at my skin. Once she got to work, immediately I felt as though my skin could breathe! I recently relocated to Chicago from Orange County, CA and was in desperate need of a beauty medspa. I found Reset on Yelp after reading so many positive reviews. I've been there three times now. I went to Kelcey for Botox - This was my first time receiving Botox. I've only had Dysport injected in the past. Kelcey was very informative about the differences of both injections, sweet and professional. I received cheek and under eye filler from Dr. Bloom and I'm so happy with the results! He was very personable, professional and patient. I look so much more refreshed and so glad I went to him. I recently went to Dana for a dermalinfusion. My face felt so amazing for days after. When you set an appointment and first walk in you are greeted by a jewel Zachary. Zachary is fun, energetic and so sweet. I’ve been twice and my first time there I was Kelcy B who did my Botox and did an amazing job making feel safe and comfortable. Dana did my dermal infusion and her touch is to relaxing and calming. I have been going to Reset MedSpa for almost two years now and the service and talent of the staff there is always impeccable.  It starts with Zach who is always so friendly and professional with setting you up with your appointments.  I always know I am going to have a smile on my face as soon as I see Zach.  Even the rest of the staff that I don't know as well are always personable and helpful.Dr. Bloom is an absolute wizard with injectables and manages to always give me just what I need, and never tries to get me to do more than that.  I trust his opinion completely and he manages to give me a youthful boost without sacrificing the character and movement of my face.  No one has ever noticed or asked if I get Botox, I just always look freshened up after seeing him.  Dr. Bloom also has a fantastic personality and has a Jedi skill with needles, so it is always a pleasant experience with really no pain at all.I spend most of my time with Bonnie, who is an absolutely wonderful person, who I have entrusted with my long-term skin rejuvenation plan.  When I first met Bonnie and discussed my issues, she laid out a long-term plan to get the right result and did not try to add any unnecessary procedures.  I am about halfway through my plan and already see tremendous results.  Even without makeup on,  I am often asked what in the world am I doing to my skin to make it look so great.   My skin is smooth and more elastic, hyper-pigmentation almost completely removed, and all other redness is gone.  You can trust her that she is going to give you a solid plan that will work for you and you will feel comfortable and in good hands during your visit.  I really can't say enough about how much I really love this office and how lucky I am that I found them.  I guarantee if you give them a chance, you will feel the same way also.

I have been struggling with my facial hair since last 2 years. I tried hair removal treatments at different places but didn’t work out for me. Then, recently I went to RESET MEDSPA and in just one session with Bonnie I am amazed with my results. It is really effective. I strongly recommend this place.

Received removal services since Feb '18. The consultation process was clear and helpful. They had different payment options to chose from and price seemed comparable. The clinicians and office staff are kind and professional. Communication is quick, easy to set appointments, and easy to get in contact with office staff and the doctor. Sessions are efficient- about 45 minutes. Kelsey looks for feedback, checks for progress, and appears to work hard to complete the process as quickly as possible. I believe I will need 2-3 more sessions for a total of 6-7 for an approx. 2" blue area. I'd recommend their service and I plan on using other services here in the future.

I've been a client at Reset for several years now and Dr. Bloom, Robyn and Zachary are the best.  Dr. B and Robyn's skills with Botox and other injections are stellar - no bruising, no pain and beautiful, natural results.  Zachary is warm, gregarious and hysterical; he knows what he's doing and runs that front office seamlessly.  Reset is a lovely, clean space with a peaceful vibe.  However, with the addition of Bonnie, Reset's game is at a whole new level!Since Bonnie took over as aesthetician, my skin has never looked better or been healthier.  As someone who has had "difficult" skin most of my life, it's beyond thrilling to see myself, barefaced, in the mirror and my skin glows!  I've been under Bonnie's care for just a few short months and the transformation has been miraculous.  Milia - gone!  Sebaceous hyperplasia - almost gone!  Luminous skin - YES!!!Bonnie is gentle, thorough and so knowledgeable.  She takes you through your treatments step by step, always letting you know what comes next, including the aftercare process to follow once you leave the office.  She even gives you her phone number so you can reach her post-treatment, if needed.As mentioned by another Yelper, the previous aesthetician was "slap and dash" - moving you in and out as quickly as possible with no real or lasting results.  Nonetheless, since I'd prepaid for a block of facial treatments, I continued to go back.  Bonnie's technique and experience are game changers and I'm sticking with Reset as long as they'll have me.

I hesitate to rave about Bonnie so much because I don't want everyone who reads this to fill her appointment book and leave none for me :) I formerly saw a different esthetician at Reset and she consistently made me feel awful about my skin. My laser hair removal appointments were often full of being told in an accusatory tone that I spent too much time in the sun (which I did not) and rudefully insulted about pigment in my skin, etc. I continued to go back because I told myself it was short-term, quick appts, etc. Enter Bonnie!!! I had an unplanned visit with Bonnie yesterday and I not only walked out feeling educated about my skin, but we have a plan for it. She was kind. She was gentle. Her delivery and treatment were insanely comforting, caring and the EXACT treatment I should have received from the beginning. I invest in these services with my hard-earned money and I deserve to receive the customer service Bonnie provided.Please don't ever stop being you, Bonnie (If you read this...)

Clare is AMAZING! She always makes sure I feel at home and listens to all of my concerns and questions and answers them honestly and fully. She really takes her time to make you feel at home and comfortable with whatever you're having done. I started just doing Botox with her which I was terrified of, but she was patient and helped me along the way. I ended up doing some lip fillers with her as well and she did it so well that I have NO bruising or swelling the next day, which I was terrified of. She is AWESOME, will make you feel at home and absolutely is a master of her technique.

My last treatment of laser on my face is done by veronica she is the best and my face is 10 years younger looking I LOVE it. Reset Spa 

I had a great experience here. Zachary, who greeted me, was very friendly and made me feel less anxious about the tattoo removal I was getting. I had Claire do the procedure. She was very kind and patient with me. I was super afraid it would hurt really bad, but it honestly wasn’t too bad- it was more the fear than the actual pain. Feels like a sunburn. But Clair said we could take breaks when I needed and she was just encouraging. I look forward to my next appointment here.

I have been to many different places in the city for botox and skincare treatments. Hands down, Reset has delivered the best results. There is really good mix of talent  and professionalism. There is an art to this industry which Claire and Veronica are experts in, but they are also clinical in their approach which is important to ensure that the procedures are done  perfectly. I am so, so happy with y micro needling results and the skincare regimen that Veronica recommended has reduced my melasma to barely noticeable. The tattoo removal that Claire executed in one session, reduced the pigmentation more than any other place I have ever been to. I have been coming to Reset MedSpa for over 6 months now for laser hair removal. Kelsey has been so amazing throughout this process. She is very knowledgeable and caring, and makes sure to give me the best treatment possible, without harming my skin. While this isn't the first time I have tried to get laser done, this is the first and only place where the staff have been so accommodating despite my terrible schedule. No matter when I call to make an appointment, they try their hardest to squeeze me in, and if they can't, they call me whenever there is a cancellation. This is has a world of difference for me. The treatments themselves have been great and I am starting to see a reduction in my hair growth! (Keep in mind people, this takes time and patience and it is normal for hair to come out in patches. Also, certain hair colors are more suitable for laser hair removal.) I am so incredibly happy with my experience at Reset and plan to keep coming here! So I have a tattoo that it turns out, I really wanted to have removed. I've been carrying this around on my arm for years but have been fearful to have it removed due to the horror stories of how removal is 10 times more painful than having the ink done. I finally decided to man-up and make this happen at Reset Tattoo Removal and have been working with Claire. She, as well as everyone in the office, is friendly, welcoming and quick to ease my nervousness. I have had a few treatments now with amazing results. The removal works and zero scarring. OK, now back to the pain. I'll preface this by admitting, guys can be complete babies when it comes to pain and my threshold for pain would not set any new records, for sure. Claire uses a numbing cream and I'm set to go in about 20 minutes. Then they blow cold air during the laser treatment and this helps to offset the heat that the laser equipment generates. I can't believe I was such a baby over what feels like a mild sunburn for about 25 seconds at a time. The place is incredibly clean, staff is friendly and professional and I would recommend Reset Tattoo Removal to anyone and everyone who has any desire to rid themselves of a tattoo they no longer desire. The equipment seems like it is in brand new condition (which is important to my confidence) and the results of removal without scarring has made me a very happy client. Oh, and for the record, NO, it wasn't a tattoo of someone's name.

I was referred to by a friend to come here for laser tattoo removal. Not only do I love the atmosphere of the place, but Kelsey and Claire are so sweet and kind!!!! Claire (who does the laser tattoo removal) is AMAZING! Honestly the whole staff is super sweet and kind and comforting, but I work with Claire whenever I go in so I have the most experience with her. Not only is she absolutely stunning (and in all honesty all of the girls there are) but she has a very warming personality that makes it easy to open up to her. She's super informative and patient with her clients. The office uses the Pico Laser which is the most up to date device in tattoo removal. I have gone three times and have three more sessions left and my tattoo is about 60% faded! Claire has also helped me with any type of filler questions and Botox and I can't say enough about her skills. She convinced me to meet with Dr. Bloom about fillers for my under eye bags. When I went in for the procedure, Dr. Bloom was very detailed about what he could do for me and wasn't trying to oversell me any product--he was attentive to what I wanted and gave me a very natural look that didn't alter my face shape. I had hardly any bruising after and his touch is very soft---not hard or aggressive like you hear about some doctors! Claire also sat with me almost the whole time, giving me comfort and support, which I was very thankful for. I absolutely love this place and will always come back for any type of med spa needs. KELSEY IS AMAZING, and I love this place!!  I found reset medspa from Groupon with so many good reviews and gave it a try about 5 months ago for upper lips laser hair removal. Kelsey is so knowledgeable, and she is super friendly. In the first appointment, she educated me thoroughly. She treats each patient very well, every time I go there she makes me feel so special. One time I had to call 1 hour before my appointment to push it back and she accommodated me!!!This time, I forgot to shave the area before the treatment and she explained to me how important it is for getting good results and she immediately offered me to do the shaving for me in the spa before she started the laser treatments. I highly recommend Reset and especially Kelsey for hair laser removal and other skin services they offer.

Awesome place! I came to Reset for tattoo removal. I've wanted my tattoo off for some time now, and I finally decided it was time to take the plunge. I did some research and decided the new PicoWay laser was my best option. Reset was the only place in Chicago that had this laser, so I called and made an appointment. Super easy to get there, it's a block from the Harold Washington Library (State and Van Buren) L stop. The place is very modern and clean. The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I've heard tattoo removal is more painful than the actual tattoo itself - so pretty nervous for the procedure! Fortunately they numbed the area and it was actually pretty painless. I've only had one treatment, my next one is scheduled for next month, but the tattoo has faded A LOT! If you research the PicoWay laser you'll see how effective this thing is! I'd definitely recommend this place. They're a complete MedSpa, so they have tons of other services too.

Speaking of, I thought it would take forever to get in since the Groupon was running, but my appointment was so easy to make! I even had to call in the day prior and push back the appointment and they accommodated me!The environment is super relaxed. There were cookies in the reception area! I ate some. Duh. Clare did my treatment. She listened to me, was easy to talk to and was gentle. What's fantastic about this place is that it's easy to get to (right off the Harrison red line) and they're always running specials. Clearly It doesn't take much to make me happy.It's only been about 5 days since my treatment and I am seeing results. I'll most definitely be back!

I wish I could give Reset Med Spa ten stars!!! After lengthly research and speaking to other medical professionals I decide to go with Reset for my laser tattoo removal. They are one of the two places in the state that offer the new and best laser treatments using the PicoWay. From my initial phone call and setting up my appointment I knew Reset would be the place for me. Clare is AMAZING ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She's caring and informative on the entire tattoo removal process. She wants the best results after each treatment and takes as much time needed to answer all of your questions. The office does free  consultations and is very fair with their pricing. They offer packages and financing. There's also a rewards program via Spring Rewards. The office is clean, modern,warm, relaxing and inviting. The entire process is done with minimal discomfort. I wish more people knew that tattoo removal doesn't have to be painful and is affordable. Reset also offers other great services, the entire staff are great. I highly recommend Reset and Clare for all of your skin care needs and of corse all of your unwanted tattoos!

I am a 27 year old female who has suffered from hormonal acne for years. I had been going back and forth about trying resurfacing treatments for my scarring and just never felt comfortable enough to try it. I decided to go for the microneedling with PRP treatment at Reset, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have now been in twice and even added some Botox the last time! The treatment works amazingly, and the staff is so experienced, professional, and friendly. I will absolutely be back for more treatment for my acne scars. My skin hasn't looked this smooth and healthy since I can remember-- probably 10 years. In my opinion, the microneedling is worth every single penny. The actual Medspa is clean, modern, and welcoming. I tend to get a "white coat" effect in doctor offices, and generally avoid them if I can. This place put me at ease and Clare and Kelsey were absolutely perfect. They listened to me, really understood my needs and concerns, and made me feel like I was worth their time. I was growing so tired of going into dermatology offices, barely being seen, and then whisked out the door-- typically without getting my questions answered.
